Refund policy

Refunds & Cancellations - 

(SEA MOSS GEL, GUMMIES, and LEMONADE VARIETIES) Due to the nature of our product, we do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason, including delays in shipping, backorders, or/once received. Should there be an error on our part, we will refund or cancel the order.

(SEA MOSS RAW and CAPSULES)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Our business foundation is built upon trust and ethics. So, we keep everything transparent with our customers, If you are unhappy with our product for whatever reason, you can return it for a full refund. We do not provide or cover return shipping labels and there is a 5% restocking fee.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as gummies, gel, lemonade, and ginger shots). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item/order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Missing Item Should you not receive a missing item, please contact us within 5-7 days of delivery at lionoftheseallc@gmail.com to receive the missing item within a week. An image of the incorrect item, as well as an image of the invoice, must be sent to the email address provided.  It is not possible to send a replacement item if a photo or invoice is not provided. 

Incorrect Item - For an incorrect item, we must receive the wrong item back to send out your correct item. If we do not receive the item, we cannot send out your correct item.

AFTER THE EIGHTH-DAY TIMEFRAME, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE ANY MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost, Stolen, Missing Package & Insufficient Addresses  - If a package is shipped correctly by Lion Of The Sea and it is lost or stolen, the shipper is not responsible. Whatever address you PROVIDE us, that is the address we use. It is necessary for you to submit a claim to the United States Postal Service online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. . It may take up to two weeks for the claim to be processed. Sadly, if they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier.

If an item is broken, please contact us within four days of receiving the item as we will need to document the situation.  Alternatively, you may file a claim with the United States Postal Service online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
